Our Weekly Practices.
- We practice solitude and meditation daily. Whether it is doing morning pages, a quiet walk in the woods or a moment of meditation we make this our daily priority.
- We do weekly collective mediation on Sunday evenings. Usually we join our friends' in Pai who put their community meditation online weekly: SHEKINA GARDEN PODCAST
- We are part of a communicty garden and do gardening together once or twice a week with a group of people who wants to grow their own food with permaculture method
- We eat dinners and sometimes lunches together with friends and strangers, often.
- We also do a shared dinner + book club, or language lesson and other themed dinners with people who are interested weekly.
